Evan Allan, MD
Dr. Evan Allan moved to Twin Falls, Idaho when he was just eight years old. He first graduated from Brigham Young University in 2006. Dr. Evan Allan then graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 2010. He continued further in the field of ophthalmology by doing an extra year of training specializing in glaucoma, and as part of his training in glaucoma he learned both traditional and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). He performs surgeries such as istent, Hydrus, canaloplasty, goniotomy, GATT, OMNI, XEN, tube shunt surgery and CPC. He also performs upper and lower functional eyelid surgery.
He and his wife Jan have 4 children and he also speaks Russian. Dr. Evan Allan loves the outdoors and spending time with family. He is a current member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Glaucoma Society, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
